Payments
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remainder 50% of the payment is due no later than 7 days prior to your event. You may also choose to pay all at once at the time of booking
How does this work?
We take care of everything so you don’t have to! Your backyard movie and picnic setup will be fully arranged and ready at your chosen time — complete with cozy seating, ambient lighting, and all the special touches that make your night unforgettable.
We'll stay on-site to make sure everything is secure and running smoothly until you're ready to begin — keeping an eye on equipment, snacks, and seating so all you have to do is show up and enjoy.
Once your movie night winds down, we’ll return at the agreed time to pack up and clean everything — leaving your space spotless and letting you end the evening with zero stress.
Is delivery included in the package?
Yes, delivery is included for locations within the first 15 km of our base location. For distances beyond that, a travel fee of $2 per additional kilometer applies.
Can we leave early?
We kindly ask that you stay until the agreed end time. Early departures must be arranged in advance so we can ensure staff is available for cleanup. Unscheduled early exits may result in additional fees.
What if the weather is bad?
We totally understand that weather can be unpredictable! If bad weather is expected, you’re welcome to reschedule for another available date at no extra charge. We just ask for as much notice as possible so we can adjust accordingly.
Can I cancel
We do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, we’re happy to reschedule your picnic at no extra charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled event.
Do I have to have the event in my backyard?
Yes, if not yours then someone elses. Unless you want to pay for permits.
